Booking & Cancellation Policies

Pet Coach SG is dedicated to providing exceptional care and training for your pets. To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

1. Booking:

  • Appointment requests can be booked online through our Scheduling Service (https://PetCoachSG.as.me/) via our Website, Email or WhatsApp. Any request made through the Scheduling Service, Email or WhatsApp does not constitute as a confirmation of the appointment until full payment has been made.
  • Full payment secures your appointment slot and is required prior to the start of every session.
  • Payment modes are via mobile payments (e.g. PayNow, PayLah, SG QR) or bank transfer.
  • Packages are available for various services and are redeemed through the Scheduling Service via our website.
  • Additional technology may be required for training (e.g. CCTV / webcams for separation anxiety training), and this will be borne by the client exclusively

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • For Private Consultations/Classes:
      • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. No refunds are provided if appointment are cancelled or rescheduled after this period.
      • In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer you a full refund or an option to reschedule at no additional charge.
      • Each Session may only be rescheduled once, and up to 3 sessions in any calendar year.
  • For Group Classes/Courses: 
      • Before commencement of the course, no refunds are provided for cancellations and rescheduling unless we are notified at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of the first session of the course.
      • We will only refund 50% of the course fee if we are notified of the cancellation between 3 days – 2 weeks. We can only refund you 100% of the course fee if you notify us more than 2 weeks in advance.
      • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability only, and we will make reasonable efforts to place you in the next earliest run of the course.
      • Each session/course can only be rescheduled once, and up to 3 sessions in any calendar year.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the full session. No refunds will be provided.
  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit the session and there will be no refunds. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
  • We appreciate your punctuality as it ensures that every client receives the best possible service.

4. Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will work with you to find a suitable alternate date.
  • We may modify programmes (e.g. outdoor adventure walks) depending on weather changes or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health and Safety:

  • Please ensure that your pet is in good health and has up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and flea/tick preventatives before attending the session. If your pet is feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule.
  • Pets must not be undergoing heat/estrus during group class programmes. Please contact us to reschedule.
  • Pets with pre-existing medical conditions should receive clearance from a Veterinarian prior to attending sessions. We will not be liable for injuries arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
  • By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with pet-related interactions. While we make every effort to ensure a safe environment, by attending the session you accept these risks and agree that we are not liable for any injuries or conditions arising during or after the sessions.
  • For the safety of all pets and people, any prior aggressive behaviour by the pet must be declared to the trainer in advance. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if we deem any situation unsafe or harmful.
  • Minor issues such as superficial cuts or abrasions during the sessions, may be handled on site by the Trainers at your request. Our Trainers are Pet First Aid Certified.
  • In the event of any medical emergencies occurring during the sessions, your pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary clinic for medical attention unless directed otherwise by the owner. All transport and medical costs will be borne by the owner.
